This beautiful rustic condo renovation in Copper Mountain, Co is everything the owners dreamed it could be. A one-time rental property that was getting a bit run down from the wear and tear, this condo is now a warm and welcoming second home to the family. They wanted a space where they could relax after a day on the slopes and this rustic retreat is just the place! Using natural elements such as reclaimed wood, rustic alder cabinetry and soapstone countertops creates the feeling of bringing the outdoors inside. The warm tones and texture create lots of character.
To make the home function more efficiently, the carpet was removed from the main living area and replaced with a beautiful porcelain tile in natural earth tones. The bathtub in the matsterbath was also removed to make room for a stackable washer & dryer with some built-in cabinetry for storage. The old shower was replaced with a modern door-less shower complete with pebble tile flooring and accent tile in the niche. As an added bonus, a oil rubbed bronze heated towel rack was put in as well.
